Welcome to another Seize the Birthday Challenge where we are all about getting your birthday card stash filled up!  Today we have a topping and are looking for creatures or animals on your birthday cards!

You are always welcome to make any kind of card as long as it is ALWAYS a BIRTHDAY card!  And remember you can only link up to four other challenges with this birthday card.

Seize the Birthday ~ NO TOPPING

Is it more of a challenge to have a topping or NO TOPPING?

Well, I like to do both...it challenges me to think outside the box when there is a topping, but then when there is NO topping, like this Challenge at Seize the Birthday,

I can pull out favorite stamps or try a technique I have seen.

ATC Cards for PTI 4th day challenge

This card is for the PTI Trading Card Challenge.  It is 3 x 4, rounded corners this time.

I used the Autumn Pattern pieces for the bottom portion and the Heart 2 Heart balloons .

Pretty simple and easy...I discovered the Heart 2 heart stamps are good for this size card!

Seize the Birthday ~ Chevrons!!

Welcome back to another Seize the Birthday Challenge!  This time we are looking for CHEVRONS as our special topping...I hope you will check out the wonderful "chevron" inspiration from the design team over at Seize the Birthday .

I pulled out a chevron from a Studio Calico set and masked off part of my card to give it the angle, then I stamped the chevron across the page.  Since I was at my BFF's house for 4 days, I borrowed her "happy" dies from PTI and placed it along the edge.

I stamped the chevron in aqua mist along a narrow strip and attached it to both sides of the card.

The balloons are from PTI Heart to Heart with a little bow hanging off the "y".
As usual, this is just a "topping" for the birthday card,
you may do without if you like.
We would love to see whatever you create as long as it is a birthday card!
