Welcome friends to a new Seize the Birthday Challenge!
Barbara is our talented designer and she wants to challenge us to use a double stencil on our birthday card!
I just happened to have a new stencil set from Simon Says Stamps: All the Balloons!
It includes 4 different shapes and sizes of balloons, both the negative and positive pieces as well as 3 different inside balloon shapes, there are hearts, stripes and dots!
Here is my card with all the balloons, but I chose to just use the dots this time.
I began by adhering Gina K Masking Magic 1/4" tape around the edges to give it a white border.
I stenciled the blue balloon in the center with a lighter color blue, then put the dot stencil under the balloon stencil and used a darker blue color to add the dots, then I used the positive piece of the balloon with a bit of tape to hold it in place and continued adding balloons and the positive pieces as I needed to complete the card.

This is just the happiest birthday card. Great job with the topping too. This card could be for male, female and children as well. So versatile.
