Create along With Us ~ August

It is that time of the month where we play along with the designers from PTI instead of a Make It Monday card.  They are so busy giving us inspiration from the new release we get to choose one of their cards and CAS it , hence the Create along With Us!!

I chose Betsy's card here:
Blessed-who-mourn
Simliar layout, some of the same flowers, some different and of course a different sentiment, but I used the die and sponged on some color just like Betsy!
I have a cousin who has uterine cancer and I am thinking I will be sending her cards a lot to lift her spirit and to remind her that we are praying for her.
Thank you for stopping by friends!  Hope you are having a great week, it is getting ready to really heat up here in the PNW...by Friday and Saturday we are expecting triple digit numbers!  EEK!!  And we have to travel south a couple of hours and go to a wedding...that will be a HOT one and it is an outside wedding!!
stamps & dies:  PTI Forget me Nots, and Freindship Jar: Flowers, Inspired by: Prayer
Heart Hugs, friends!

Lovely card! Your cousin will appreciate the thoughtfulness! Sending up prayers for her! I hope the weather isn't too hot for the wedding. We have one 9-3. I'm hoping it cools down by that time! Take care and try to stay cool!:-)

Gorgeous card Colleen. The colours are so pretty together. Love your design. The sponging on the corner of the main panel and the corner of the card front really bring your eye directly to the pretty flowers. Amazing job!! xx

Gorgeous, encouraging card! The Forget Me Nots are on my wish list now. I'm also glad we've gone back to upper 80's in S Oregon after 108 on Friday and yesterday over 100.
