Oops, got my top sentiment a little crooked, too late to fix, it is all part of the card, NOT a piece taped on top!  Another little tip from Kelly!

Altenew Academy Day 4 Building a Multi colored Bouquet

A lot of masking with this one friends, but Kelly sure does know how to make a striking card!

I used so many stamp sets to get my bouquet and I fussy cut each one...well, I did have the dies, but then I had to go around each one to be closer to the outline of each stamp.

Kelly has a tip for stamping the sentiment over your colored image and still having it POP, but keeping it a ONE-LAYER card!

Altenew Academy Day 3 with Kelly Lavetola

Today Kelly used a Bouquet stamp, did a little watercoloring and then added some alcohol ink blending.  I used a WPlus9 bouquet as I did NOT have an Altenew bouquet and this was all about being a quick and easy way to get a nice bouquet card made.

I think I need a lot more work with this technique, but it was fun to just let the water take the color where it wants and not to worry too much about it!

One Layer Wonders ~ Day 2 with Kelly Lavetola

Day 2 of the One Layer Wonders using background stamps.  

I do NOT have any Altenew Background stamps, so I pulled out an older Hero Arts Lattice Rubber background stamp and stamped it in rainbow colors.

Altenew Acadamy ~Day 1 One Layer Wonders with Kelly Latevola

Day 1 of the Altenew Academy with Kelly Lavetola is all about making One Layer Wonders.

I used an itty bitty stamp called One-of-Kind and colored it with copics.  The sentiment is from Painted Poppy.
