SAF 5th Anniversary Tradition: Wood with Natasha

I don't know why I am in the autumn mode ~ it is supposed to be 98 degrees today!!
Nice to have the SAF to keep me busy indoors!
another faux wood with the woodgrain impression plate, kraft ink on kraft paper.
I used Color Pop: Autumn for the sentiment and Leave it Be for the leaves.

Natasha had a simple wood background using the woodgrain impression plate.
You can watch her video HERE.

Lin and I finally feel like we are making progress and enjoying making cards using paper!
We love new techniques that are more paper oriented and not too involved. with messy or time involved projects!  LOL

Color Pop Autumn
Heading out to watch Ellie play in her fourth match of her high school season...so far they are 3-0...this might be a tougher match!

Thanks for taking a look!

Masterpiece Inspirtion with the Team

You can go HERE to see all the inspiration from the team on their Masterpiece Inspirations!
I chose the same inspiration as Kay Miller...love the Georgia O'Keefe POPPY and I pretty much copied Kay's piece of art work.
I used the leaf veins from Leave it Be...I also used the Ganzai Tambi paints.
My friend and I are not even half way through the day, good thing they give us three days to complete all these videos!!

One more for Less is More!

One more card for the
where the theme is anything foliage...
and it must be a one-layer card!
This time I pulled out PTI's Leave it Be and inked it up.
I embossed the Think Big sentiment with chestnut zing powder.
