The Twist on the Rock n' Roll technique...

stamp off once, then re-ink the edges!

I added orange sequins to the center of the large flowers,

but didn't have the same color for the smaller bursts of color,

so copics to the rescue!

 

PTI Funky florals, Keep it Simple:  Thinking of You

PTI ink:  terra cota and dark chocolate

 

I masked off the circle and used distress ink for sponging on the color.  To get movement,  I used smaller butterflies from the bottom left to the top right.

PTI Anniversary Challenge ~ The Timer Challenge!

We have 7 minutes to gather 7 supplies and make a card in 17 minutes!

I did it, just kept calm and didn't rush it!  plenty of time too!

Might have to try this more often so I don't spend all day making one card! Ha ha!

Now maybe I should apply this timing challenge to Day 1

where we have to use sketches and color combos.

Maybe I could actually get all 7 done!

A Get Well Card

Sometimes it is just fun to make a card "just because"...not for a challenge or a sketch or anything, just because!  That is what this card is all about...and it is always good to have a get well card in the stash!
I used Funky Florals and the leaves are from Blooming Button Bits.  The little stem 'thingy' is from Tag It's # 2.  The sentiment is from Side By Side Sentiments.  I saw a card HERE  on the Simon Says Stamps blog and really liked it...didn't have any of the things she used, but came close!
