Hi Friends, welcome to our last Seize the Birthday Challenge for this year. I bet we all agree the end of this year could not have come any sooner!
Our Hostess is Cathy and she is looking for sparkle and shine on our birthday cards...now that is the "topping" if you wish to join us, but you are always welcome to make "anything goes" as long as it is still a birthday card!
I wanted to assure you I have some sparkle & shine on this card.
I used mirror cardstock, so you know that has plenty of shine to the balloons.
Then for the twisted crepe banners I cut them from glittery paper, lots of sparkle there too!
All products for this card are from the Greetery except the mirror paper and the crepe paper.
