Yeah for NBUS Challenge #12!!

Our friend Darnell is hosting the 12th NBUS Challenge and it ends on October 4,
she is encouraging us to use all of our NEVER BEFORE USED SCHTUFF!
I wanted to try Jennifer McGuire's SILHOUETTE STAMPING with a PTI stamp called Autumn Scarecrow.

I stamped the scarecrow and colored him in with a memento black marker;  I used a versamark pen to go over all of him and then clear embossed him. I used oxide inks to blend in the background colors,
Thanks Darnell for encouraging us to use from our stash never before used stuff!!
Darnell, I do not need to win a prize, thank you friend!
Heart Hugs, friends!

This turned out SOOOO cool Colleen! I watched Jennifer's video and have been wanting to try this technique ever since and it's absolutely perfect with the scarecrow (which I also have and have NEVER used!). Love the colors you used for the blending too. Great card my friend!! :0)

That JM is something, isn't she?! It's like why didn't we think of that? It's a terrific idea and your choice of the scarecrow was genius! He really looks great as a silhouette against your pretty fall sunset colors!! Thank you so much for the shoutout and for playing in my NBUS Challenge #12!! Huge hugs, Darnell

Great work with this technique Colleen. I love those blended colours in the background. They really make the silhouette pop. xx
