Debbie Hughes was a guest on the Online Card Class...she has a unique way to color and blend...I tried to follow her steps with softer looking flowers and leaves.
Jennifer did a unique cutting of the flower off the page and then for the background border she just took the same copic colors and spread it around the edge of the background card stock
so the edge colors would match with her flowers.
I used a Darice embossing folder for the background card base.

Oh, my! LOVE this card! Those flowers are colored so pretty! And, great touch with the matching color on the frame!:)
