I liked this technique!
So I pulled out a few IP and made the impressions,
then I lined them up and used chalk to color them in
This was kind of fun with all the circles, I decided it needed balloons.
I used Birthday Style and stamped the balloon in many different colors,
I embossed the one on vellum with zing apricot powder.
I hope you will give this a try; you can watch the video HERE .
We have sun, then it gets dark and rains, then the sun again...
what a day!!

Awesome card!
You paired this one perfectly ! Love the embossed circle with the bright balloons. We won't ever need printed paper again:) now.
Patterned paper.
Great Colors, love that the design mimics the balloons.
This is awesome Colleen so vibrant!
Wow...they do not get much cuter than your card! I love it.
Another wonderful background! This card is so colorful and fun...well done!
haha! I did the same thing, assembly line style with several different impression plates. I have a few cards waiting to be finished and one with the same balloon set. Better get my butt in gear and stop procrastinating. :0) I'm enjoying all your cards. They're all awesome!
Oh how fun is this B-Day card, Colleen! Love how the circles show through onto the colorful balloons creating a cool pattern :-)
very pretty fun birthday card, looks so happy with the balloons and circles :-))
Saw this on the PTI newsletter and had to take a closer look. Fantastic! And, congrats for being featured, too.
I love the way this turned out. Wonderful, happy, festive card! TFS.
