These are the colors for this last card I made for the July Blog Hop going on at the Papertrey Ink Blog Hop...I used Up, Up and Away stamp set for this card. I used summer sunrise reinker and used a paint brush to water color the background after placing some masking paper for the clouds and the hot air balloons.
