Make It Monday #37: Layered Mats and Frames ~ a second card

For this card, I started out with a tag...I cut two of the tags in the kraft cs...then I cut out another tag using  rustic cream.  I carefully centered the scallop circle from the Limitless Layers on one of the kraft tags and cut it out.  The bird is die cut from the Little Bitty Birds and the green branch is from Love Lives Here:  Holiday.  I added a a strip of paper with the edgers die #1...
