Seize the Birthday ~ One layer card

Oh gosh, I know this looks crooked, but it is not, I measured it!  I think it was the person who took the picture, oh that would be me!!  Anyway, I fun little card with cute potted flowers all one layer, which is something I have not done in a long time!

One Layer is our topping this time!

MIM # 280 Stamping Outside the Box

Lexi has a video up HERE from the Papertrey blog showing her technique for stamping outside the box!

By bringing your main image beyond the "box" you draw your eye to it!

I have been replenishing my 'thank you' cards, so thought this would make a nice CAS card.

I used the crackled stamp set and one of the pots and flowers from the Petite Pots set.

I think I could make a whole set of these and change out the sentiments and they would be quick and easy to make up!

We had sun all day today, it was so lovely!
