SEIZE THE BIRTHDAY ~ a card and matching tag!

Hi friends!
Jules has a fun challenge for us this time at SEIZE THE BIRTHDAY!
The Topping is to make a coordinating tag and card combo!

Here I used MFT:  RAM Number Fun 3 because I have a grandson who will be celebrating his 3rd birthday next month!  I love all the Number Fun stamps she has made, it makes it easy for those kid birthday cards!  And he happens to love Giraffe's!!
