CAS CHRISTMAS MAY CHALLENGE REMINDER ~ Berries & Foliage

Halfway through May, gosh times flies!

We are still looking for foliage and berries on your Christmas card for the CAS Christmas Card May Challenge and the design team and our special guest have more inspiration for you too!

This is another image from The Greetery Budding Beauties.

My background is from a friend who has the pine bough embossing folder that I can't find anywhere, and it is one that I LOVE!  She has since sent me more upon my request *wink...that's what friends are for, right?

Please check out the rest of the team for more inspiration!

I hope to see you in the gallery!

Heart Hugs, friends!

BEAUTIFUL card Colleen...is your card base black or deep green? I thought is was a deep, deep green, but the above comments are all saying black...hope I'm not losing my eyesight!! But anyway, your card is absolutely lovely, and I hear ya about that pine embossing folder...I can't find it either but Michele has kept me supplied! What would we do without our crafting friends?!! Hope you're getting lots of snuggles in with that new grandson...he sure is a cutie!! Hugs. :0)

This is lovely. The black and white are classic and the berries look so pretty in the pine branches.

Fabulous foliage and berries card, Colleen! I love the deep green, which makes the colors of berries and bow look more vibrant. The dry embossed pine bough texture adds so much interest to the background. Crafty friends are best, aren't they?

I thought you used black card stock, but it looks like it may be dark green? Whatever it is, it’s so impactful. Gorgeous card. The embossed pine bough is beautiful... great to have a friend who can keep your stocked up.
