Merry Monday ~ Door Decoration

I love swags on doors and Bonnie, Our Merry Maker, for the Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge has asked for our card to have a door decoration on it!
I remember one year early in my marriage, I made a swag and attached a LOT of really cute little Christmas ornaments to it, I was so proud of that swag and thought it looked awesome.
Well, apparently someone else did too, because the next morning it was missing from my door front!!
I love houses that have a red door, it makes such a huge impact and an awesome pop of color!  So I pulled out some Altenew woodgrain white paper and sponged on some pure poppy red ink for my door face!
These are the stamps I used:
WPlus9 Holday Boughs
PTI Spruce & Sprigs
PTI Tinsel & Tags Sprig Stamp set (bough)
Memory Box: A Batch of Gingerbread
Lil' Inkers:  Holly Jolly sentiment set

I hope you will join me and the rest of the team with this door decoration
Heart Hugs, friends!

I love your swag, Colleen! I made swags the first Christmas we were married. They were little ones and inside the house since we didn't have a Christmas tree. You have created a gorgeous swag! Hope nobody takes this one! Have a great week!

Beautiful, beautiful swag Colleen and love how it pops against the red door! And how sad that someone took the very first one you ever made for your actual door...some people!!! But anyway, lovely card and hope you're having a great week! :0)

Darling swag for your door, Colleen! Sorry you lost an early swag to a thief! Sad we have to keep the good stuff inside for only ourselves to see!

Ohhhh, I love that wood grain paper with your red sponging! We generally put a swag on our door, but I made a wreath for the challenge. I love all the gingerbread men and the cute bow on yours!

Oh, what a terrible story about your homemade swag. I had a neighbor lose a bundled of dried corn off her gate. She was convinced it was a human thief, I was pretty sure it was the raccoon who had been lurking around. I don't suppose a raccoon made off with your swag. Anyway, to your card which is quite awesome. That's an elaborate swag--keep an eye on it so no one walks off with it!
