A Wedding Card

My granddaughters volleyball coach is getting married this Saturday.
Of course I would make a card for him, but we don't know much about their likes, taste and home decor.  So I had my daughter text him and ask what flowers they are having in their wedding and also the color theme.
He did NOT have a clue...maybe peach and turquoise?, but NO idea about flowers!
So that shot an idea down about using their specific flower and color scheme.
However in their registry they wanted the Fiesta dishes...4 of each of many colors!
So I decided to use that reference and painted my card!
I used Altenew Beautiful Day, embossed in gold on Mixed Media paper and used my distress inks to color it in...kind of went with a light turquoise color for the leaves!
Added some gold hearts since it is a wedding card!

Here is a close up, it doesn't show the shine from the WOS that I used on the flowers, but it really is pretty IRL!!
Okay, now I can go watch the Women's volleyball team play in the Olympics...put my feet up and relax!!
Have a good one friends!
Heart Hugs, friends!
