Reasons to Smile...a Birthday card

This stamp from Papertrey Ink is the new SAF stamp...I used Fabulous Frames die cut in black and embossed with white filigree embossing powder.  The flower is a two step stamp, I am anxious to play with various other colors for the flowers.  I added a strip of pure poppy pattern paper and some twine then I stamped the smaller sentiment below the frame...go HERE to play along with this two week challenge of Anything Goes...!!

    This card really does make you smile...all those stamped flowers, that great sentiment and the bright colors are so perfect for a birthday card.
