It is all about layering one color of embossing powder over another color! Fun technique...just remember to start with the clear or at least the lightest color first! I embossed from the back of the card stock just to be sure I didn't over heat the already embossed layer.

embossing powder: PTI filigree white, clear, and gold
die: Heart Border die
