An "encouraging card"

I needed a card to say everything is going to be okay...and I wanted it to be a bit whimsical..not too mushy...for a young mom with three little ones...so I pulled out Tremendous Treats:  Birthday and used that cute little monkey and paired him up with the balloons from Heart 2 Heart...the sentiment is from Pretty Peonies.  The banner strips were made with washi tape from Target, I taped them onto a piece of cardstock and cut out the banner shape and adhered it with dimensional tape...the twig is from Little Bitty birds!
