Very simple... two circle layers secured flat to the card...an eyelet is attached at the top with a twine tied in a bow. The bear is stamped and cut out and adhered with dimensional tape. i colored him using some water color markers (Memento) that I brushed onto an acrylic block and then used a water brush to pick up the color and apply it to the bear. I actually used some glossy accents for the bears nose and eyes, in real life it gives them a bit of shine. The edge of the card was edged with a "postage stamp" edger and then I used a light blue memento marker to add more interest to the card.
