I die cut a strip of paper using PTI small scallop, scored it every 1/4 inch and then did an accordion fold with it, attached the two ends and put it together..then fanned it out and layed it on a small circle with adhesive to hold it in place. I cut out a heart with the sticky back canvas and then dry embossed with a Spellbinders Flourish and using the blending tool, I applied the Wild Honey Distress Ink.
