For this tag, I stamped snowflakes with versamark and white embossing powder, heat set it and then applied Dusty Concord Distress Ink with the foam blending tool. My rosette was made the same way as the first post, for the center of this rosette, I added a strip of Tim Holtz foil tape. When the rosettes were all set and dried I added a little jewel bling to the center!
