Seize the Birthday~~

Welcome back friends to our FIRST SEIZE THE BIRTHDAY Challenge of the New Year!!
This challenge  has NO TOPPING!!  Make any kind of birthday card you want!
I decided to go with a wintery card, because I have several family and friends who have winter birthdays!
