CAS(E) this Sketch! # 27

I am still making some sympathy cards to bring to a sale...they were requested...so I used the sketch from HERE and made my card.  Here is the sketch:
I decided to keep it pretty much all one layer, except I did add some dimensionals before adhering it to the card base.

All products are Papertrey, Ink
paper:  white stampers select
ink:  aqua mist, hawaiian shores, ripe avocado, memento tuxedo black
stamps:  Turning a New Leaf, Beautiful Butterflies, Beautiful Blessings, Crackle stamp set

    Love the crackle backround. The branch with the little butterflies correspond very well wit that.
