POP Up Birthday card inspired by Jennifer McGuire

Did you all see those fabulous Pop Up cards by Jennifer McGuire?  Oh my, I just had to try my hand at them...and I am going to make more than one too!
I started out with the balloons which was the last card she made on her video.  She had the cutest turtles from Clearly Besotted, which I obviously don't have, I think it is a new release coming up.
Anyway, if you have already glanced at the next photo, you can see that I added the adorable elephant from WPlus9 called Unforgettable.
I added some glossy accents to the balloons, because they needed to really shine!
And friends, I didn't make one mistake when making this...(unless you consider stamping the sentiment and extra dots around the balloons after it was already put together!)
I think this is going to be a fun card for the recipient!
And I am already thinking of a cute monkey and even a lion!
Keep cool and stamp on friends!

Heart Hugs, friends!

  1. This is SO ADORABLE!! LOVE that sweet elephant and perfect matching sentiment. Great work with this Colleen. I can't tell you the number of times I add something after a card is constructed. You'd think with all the practice that I'd figure it out, but I don't. :) xx
