The Challenge #86 A Sketch

There is a sketch up at The Challenge and I needed a birthday card for my two year old great nephew.
I pulled out an old PTI stamp Train Tracks, colored it up with copics and layered it up and calling it good!  I don't use a lot of pattern paper on my cards, usually a bit more CAS, but that is not to say I don't have plenty of pattern paper, so this is a very good way to be using some of it!

We had a wonderful day, the sun came out and was actually pretty hot when I was working out in the garden...trying to get things looking good for my grandson's graduation open house that I will host.
Tomorrow is my last day helping in my friend's kindergarten class...what will I do every Monday morning?  I think my summer is filling up with lots of activities!

Heart Hugs, friends!

Oh my, how adorable is this! I've never seen that train set from PTI. It's so nice to see when old sets get new love. My son would have loved this card when he was young as he loved trains! He's now 25.

What a sweet, fun card for your nephew. I love how you mixed the papers and the train is so cute with it's gifts. Reminds me of Thomas. I bet the kindergarten class was fun to see the excitement of the little ones.
