Three more cards with the Ombre resist technique

I got out my WPLUS9 Beautiful Bouquet stamps: Dahlia and Ranunculus and inked them up with versamark and white embossed them.  I did all that at one time, then I started blending my colors.  I just used one color for each of the cards, adding more at either the top or bottom to get it darker and then faded it out. The one above has a die from WPlus9: Thanks and the rest of the sentiment is a SSS thanks sentiment.
This is an SSS die and I didn't think it needed anything else.

This is a PTI Die from Big Hugs along with the extra sentiments.
Well, that was fun and a nice way to get an assortment of cards ready.
I seem to need a lot of sympathy and praying for you, isn't that sad?

We had a three hour school delay today because of the freezing rain.  Today was the last scheduled day for finals for the high school, I think they were determined to get it done this time.  It was originally scheduled for last week, but because of the snow days the week before the teachers needed to go over more work that would be on the final.  They are extending the school year by two days and there will be NO teacher in service days the rest of the year.
Well, I think it is now time to put my feet up and maybe watch a show with DH...we have an early morning drive to Kelso WA to watch Ellie play in her first Platinum Volleyball Tournament of the season!  The top four teams from our Oregon region and the top four from the Seattle region meet in Kelso, if we don't do well, we drop down, so hopefully we have our game face on tomorrow!

Heart Hugs, friends!

All three are gorgeous Colleen. Great job with this technique. It is sad that you need a lot of these types of cards right now. :(

Good luck to your granddaughter at her tournament! xx

Gorgeous eb resist ombre designs for thinking of you cards. TFS Colleen. Hugs....

No freezing rain on the south coast, but..lots of rain and wind too. I would rather have rain than snow or freezing rain anyday. Stay warm...

WOW...what absolutely BEAUTIFUL cards Colleen! I still need to watch that video...a little behind lately (spending too much time reading I think!). I'm sorry you need these types of cards lately, but they are so lovely that I know they will bring peace and comfort to those that need it! Hope you're having a great weekend watching your granddaughter play volleyball! :0)

I love the ombre look of these. You used beautiful colors and backgrounds for them. I haven't tried this yet but you are inspiring me. Hope Ellie and her team won their games. Bummer for the kids when the school year is extended. You have really had some weather this year!
