Just Us Girls Challenge # 372 ~ Christmas Trees

This could have been our Christmas tree if we had cut it down today because  we got snow!!  But it is gone now!  It didn't last very long.  Sure was pretty coming down though!
This is a Tim Holtz stencil...a two layer so I could sponge on some distress ink, then added Distress Grit-Paste on the top layering stencil...so pretty, then I smeared a bit under the trees too, just because they needed to be grounded!
My sentiment is from Concord & 9th O Christmas Tree.
This card is for Just Us Girls Challenge # 372, they are looking for Christmas Trees.
Heart Hugs, friends!

Oh my goodness--I want to make this card! Absolutely love this--guess I need to get that stencil! Wish we would have had some snowflakes--none so far. I love watching it come down as long as I'm not going anywhere!

Fantastic layered stenciling Colleen. LOVE those trees ... and the splatters too. We had our first snowfall this year today ... just a little up north of you! :) It snowed all day and finally stopped just after dinner time. We ended up with about 3". Lots for here. So pretty and fresh. xx

What a wonderful card! I just love all that texture!! We woke up to about 3 inches of snow this morning as well. It's so beautiful how it glistens like tiny diamonds in the light. sigh... I do love the first snow of the season. Enjoy your day my friend!!

I love seeing these trees. I want to try that with snow tex that I got at JoAnn's last year. The "O Christmas Tree" is the perfect sentiment for these beautiful trees. We didn't get any of the snow predicted, only rain.

Can you guess what song's going through my head right now? Yep, "oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree"! We got 6" of snow on Sunday and it was so pretty coming down and coating all the trees in white...just like your lovely, lovely card! Love all that texture too! Well done my friend!! :0)
