I used Betsy's color palette and I was intrigued by the picture too:
this was my third attempt, you name it, it went wrong.
I started with the lightest color sponging on the background and also tried to use the bigger leaves so more white would be on the bottom.

Hi Colleen, I remember you from last years SAF! I am up in Bonney Lake, WA! I LOVE your card! You did a fantastic job! I chose this inspiration palete too but is still sitting unfinished, under my cat right now, on my desk. I tried to make the SAF dress ombre blue. The dress was having none of it though, it was more like blue spots... Anyway congrats on the win and maybe next year we can get a group of us together for SAF!
