Seize the Birthday ~ Own background stamping

The Seize the Birthday Challenge is to make your own background if you want to join in the fun with the added topping!  You are always welcome to just make ANY KIND OF BIRTHDAY CARD, AS ANYTHING GOES!

I had a granddaughter stay with me for a few days and we were having fun stamping.  I told her I needed a card and I had to make my own background.  She asked me to explain what that meant...so I gave her some examples and pulled out a few stamp sets.  We set them aside and went to bed.  The next morning she woke early and came in and got busy and WOW did she impress me with her background stamping. Here is her card: AND yes! She colored the elephant from WPlu9 "unforgettable" herself!

And here is my card:
I used Avery Elle's Petals and Stems for the flowers and a PTI set called:  Lovely Laurels for the sentiment.  The scalloped edge is a Mama elephant die called: Landscape Trio.
I used PTI berry sorbet, winter wisteria and simply chartreuse for the ink.

The topping is MAKING YOUR OWN BACKGROUND!

REMEMBER, YOU CAN ALWAYS MAKE ANY KIND OF CARD AS LONG AS IT IS A BIRTHDAY CARD!
