MIM # 208 Ombre Stamping

I enjoyed sponging the stamps and getting the ombre look with all these different inks.
You can find this challenge and technique at Capture the Moment . Laurie Willison has a video up on Nichole's blog with this tehcnique.  I like sponging on the stamp versus trying to use the ink pad, I almost always get the ink pad lines across my image!
stamps:  Funky Florals, Bitty Bouquet
Inks:  tropical teal, Haw.shores, aqua mist;  terra cotta tile, orange zest, melon berry,  royal velvet, plum pudding, lavendar moon;  scarlet jewel, pure poppy, autumn rose, summer sunrise, harvest gold, lemon tart

These happy, pretty flowers remind me of pinwheels spinning on a breezy spring day. Super cute card!

I agree, stamping the ink onto the stamps was so much easier! I definitely need to invest in some kind of ink 'sponges'. Beautiful card, love all the colors you chose!
