Seize the Birthday ~ White on White

Welcome to another Seize the Birthday Challenge!
If you would like to join us in a topping option,
it is "white on white".  If you are not a topping
kind of person, then you are welcome to make a birthday card of your choosing!

I used some Wendy Vecchi white embossing paste for the chevrons,
then adhered it to a white card base.
Please join Seize the Birthday Design Team for this challenge!
