Merry Monday! Festive Friday! Building my Christmas stash!

I love these color combos and think they are terrific for Christmas!  In fact I bought a roll of kraft paper just to wrap gifts and cover it with red twine, ribbons and tags...I think the presents will look so pretty under the tree!  I actually had this piece of kraft already stamped with some branches and pine cones from a set my BFF has...I had pulled it out and also found this strip of red in the same box, so I had mounted it on the side and wasn't sure what I was going to do with it, but then the MERRY MONDAY Challenge came up and voila... and I just realized this would work for the FESTIVE FRIDAY CHALLENGE !  It was craft red and green AND peace.  I pulled out Mistletoe and Holly and die cut my mistletoe with some ripe avocado paper and then stamped the design with simply chartreuse.

Paper:  PTI kraft, Authentique collection:  wonder, pure poppy

stamps:  Mistletoe & Holly, Peaceful Pinecones, Love Lives Here:  Holiday
dies:  Mistletoe & Holly
Ink:  versamark, simply chartreuse, MFT  colorbox red hot
May Arts twine

Thanks for taking a look...almost all the kiddos are back in school today...mom's (and grandma's) can have a breather!!  My BFF is babysitting her two girls...they start tomorrow!  Sadly she won't be crafting with me via Skype today!

I love this rustic card, Colleen! I think your idea of wrapping gifts is wonderful and will look so nice. You'll have to take pictures so we can see you tree with all those pretty presents beneath it. Thanks for coming over to share this with us at Merry Monday!
