Make It Monday #58- Graduated Backgrounds Another Ice Cream Card

I kept thinking there should be a way to do what I wanted to do...then I remembered another recent MIM where we took a die and added some layers inside the die that we actually did not want to be cut through...do you remember that one?  I added some layers to the inside of the "cone" and placed my die on the white card stock and cut out the first of three scoops of ice cream...I just moved up the whole die a little bit each time.  On the actual card, I colored my sherbet colors and blended using the copics.  I then stamped the top scoop with the outline stamp, I had another scoop already cut for a mask and placed that on top of the first scoop I stamped, then stamped the second outline scoop, moved the post-it mask down one scoop and stamped the bottom outline scoop.  There you have it...a three scoop ice cream cone using a graduated background colors for my ice cream, and I used a die cut too!  And of course the cherry on top!  Thanks for taking a look.

Edited to add a SHOUT OUT from Nichole:  "Now this one is just plain fun. Thanks for making us smile Colleen. "
