Rosette Tag #3 was colored with the Peeled Paint Distress Ink and then spritzed with 'perfect pearls' for a little shine. The largest rosette was made with some Christmas paper in my stash, the second layer was made with red and a strip of the Tim Holtz foil tape was added to the smaller rosette. A little gem in the center and it is quite a "showcase" tag!
